It’s Pizza Time!! I love pizza and I love buffalo chicken so why not put them together. After having different various recipes at pizza shops and from recipes on the internet, I decided to create my own recipe. Try it, its sure to please the masses. Enjoy!

3 boneless skinless chicken breast
3 cups oil (for frying)
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
½ cup flour
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablepoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 (5 ounce) bottle hot sauce (I used Frank’s Red Hot- Hot Sauce or Buffalo Sauce)
1 (8 ounce) bottle ranch dressing (or bleu cheese)
1 (12-16 inch) prepared pizza crust
1 (8 ounce) bag shredded mozzarella cheese

Step 1: In a bowl mix together flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt. (I like using a bowl with a lid, its easier to mix with the chicken pieces this way) Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees.

Step 2: Cut chicken into roughly 1 inch cubes or pieces. (Have patience, this part takes the most time). Place chicken cubes in a large bowl and toss with the flour mixture until evenly coated. Cover the dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 4: Heat oil on stove ordeep fryer to 360 degrees. Fry chicken in batches for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and drain.

Step 4: While chicken is frying- In a sauce pan combine hot sauce, butter, black pepper and garlic powder over medium heat. Stir until butter is melted and the sauce is well blended. Remove from heat.

Step 5: Place wings in the same pan with the buffalo sauce and toss to coat evenly.

Step 6: Spread ranch (or bleu cheese) dressing over the pizza crust, just enough to cover the crust. Using the whole bottle is not necessary. Top with coated chicken cubes and mozzarella cheese.

Step 7: Bake in the oven until crust is golden brown and cheese has melted (about 10 minutes). Enjoy!!
